Holiday cheer to all my fans, and many good things for you in 2011.  I just want you to know how very much I appreciate your continued support through all these years.  So thanks again from the bottom of my heart.  And remember! Easy on the booze during these crazy holiday parties.  Take it from one who knows. You feel so great the next morning and without a hangover,  the pancakes taste so much better.  David
